4 x 50mg Endoxan
21 x 25mg Prednisolon
inkl. aller Arbeiten vom Tierarzt (Zugang für Infusion legen, Checks,...)

der Thread ist zwar schon älter, aber ich schreibe trotzdem mal auf wieviel die Chemo bei uns kostet:

Fio wiegt 30 kilo und hat ein Karzinosarkom (Mischtumor aus Adenokarzinom und Fibrosarkom). Sie bekommt die Medikamente Carboplatin und Doxorubicin jeweils 3 Mal im Wechsel, insgesamt also 6 Chemos im Abstand von 3-4 Wochen.

Zur Diagnosestellung bzw. -absicherung waren wir in der TK in Hofheim. Dort konnten wir auch die Medikamente recht preiswert kaufen. Die TK Hofheim hat den Therapieplan erstellt, durchgeführt wird die Chemo hier zu Hause in der TK Duisburg-Asterlagen.

Die Chemo-Medikamente haben insgesamt € 387 gekostet, also für alle 6 Chemos zusammen.
Als Vergleich: Hätte ich das Zeugs in der Apotheke kaufen müssen hätte EINE Chemo gut € 200 nur an Medis gekostet. Kann sich ja jetzt jeder ausrechnen was ich gespart habe dadurch dass ich die Medikamente in Hofheim abgeholt habe.

Heute hatten wir die erste Chemo-Sitzung hier in Duisburg-Asterlagen.
Vor der Chemo wurde eine Blutuntersuchung gemacht, es wurden aber nur die Leukos, die Erytrozyten, die Thrombozyten und der Hämatokritwert bestimmt, also kein großes Blutblld.
Vor dem Chemo-Medikament wurde MCP gespritzt, das ist ein Mittel gegen Übelkeit und Erbrechen.
Gestern Abend hat Fio Cerenia bekommen, das ist ebenfalls gegen Übelkeit. Dies bekommt sie einen Tag vor und 5 Tage nach jeder Chemo.
Vor und nach dem Chemo-Medikament wurde eine NaCl-Infusion gemacht.

Für diese Chemo haben wir incl. der Blutuntersuchung etc. € 78 bezahlt.

Rechnet man jetzt mal den Medikamentenpreis von € 387 auf 6 Chemos um kommt man auf rund € 65 pro Chemo.

Somit kostet uns eine Sitzung also € 65 für´s Chemo-Medikament plus € 78 für die Durchführung = insgesamt € 143

Den Preis für die Cerenia habe ich noch nicht, ist aber wohl recht teuer (€ 11 pro Tablette?)

Nächstes Mal werden mehr Blutwerte bestimmt (Nierenwerte etc.), da kommen dann sicher noch ein paar Euros dazu.

Aber grob gerechnet kann man sagen dass die Chemo rund € 200 "all inclusive" kostet (€ 143 plus Cerenia ca. € 60)

Somit sind es bei uns Gesamtkosten von 6 Chemos x € 200 = € 1.200

Bei uns waren die kosten für die Chemo alles zusammen von August bis November bei ca 1600€ dabei eingeschlossen auch die ganzen Test und und das Röntgen, die 2.te Chemo von März bis Juni war dann alles zusammen nochmal ca. 1000€, mit allen dazugehörigen Untersuchungen.

SINUS hatte 11 Monate Chemo. Die Kosten lagen bei rund 4 TEUR. Es wurde dadurch teurer da wir besonders nach dem Rezidiv fast nur noch Doxorubicin und Lomustin gegeben haben und das ist sehr teuer. Außerdem hatte SINUS zeitweilig Probleme mit den Nebenwirkungen und daher machten sich zahlreiche Blutbilder,Ultraschall, Röntgen usw. erforderlich. In dieser Zeit bekam er auch häufiger Zofran und auch das ist sehr teuer.
