vielen Dank für Eure Antworten. Wir haben uns für die Misteltherapie entschieden und nach knapp 2 Wochen wesentlich bessere Blutwerte erhalten. Vor allem sind die Nierenwerte wieder fast normal. Durch die Chemo sind nicht alle Lymphknoten wieder auf Normalgröße geschrumpft, durch Iscador haben wir bei allen eine Verkleinerung (bis zu 1 cm!!) in der kurzen Zeit erreicht. Camilla zeigt keinerlei Nebenwirkungen. Jetzt haben wir erst mal 10 Tage Pause und dann sehen wir weiter.

Ich habe mir auch ganz fest vorgenommen, wieder öfter hierzusein :oops:.

Da beim malignen Lymphom in den meisten Fällen bereits Infektionen bestehen wird die Mistel aufgrund ihrer entzündungsinitiierenden Wirksamkeit (durch Anregung von sogenannten Entzündungsmediatoren und Akut-Phase-Proteinen) als kontraindiziert bewertet. Kritisch wird außerdem der von der Mistel ausgehende starke Impuls zur Neubildung von Leukozyten und Lymphozyten gesehen. Es gibt zwar auch Nachweise dazu dass die Mistel hinsichtlich ihrer Wirkungsweise zur Zelldifferenzierung in der Lage ist (d.h.vereinfacht ausgedrückt unterscheiden kann zwischen den gesunden Zellen und den Krebszellen und nur das Zellwachstum der gesunden Zellen anregt) aber wissenschaftlich belegt ist dieses nicht. Die Anwendung der Misteltherapie beim Lymphosarkom wird daher nur empfohlen, wenn andere Behandlungsmassnahmen nicht wirksam sind.
Meiner Meinung nach kann nicht 100%tig ausgeschlossen werden, dass durch die Misteltherapie (i.d.R. mit Iscador) nicht das Tumorwachstum explosionsartig angeregt wird- die Entscheidung ob du dieses Risiko eingehen möchtest musst du selber treffen bzw. abwägen. Am besten besprichst du diese Aspekte nochmal mit den behandelnden Ärzten.
