Man beachte - ich habe etwas gewandelt mit der Menge - etwas mehr - es muss wieder eine zähflüssige Masse entstehen:

Quark-Honig-Karotten-Leckerlis

150 g Quark (ich habe 1 EL mehr genommen)
6 EL Milch
6 EL Öl (habe Leinöl verwendet)
200 g Haferflocken (hab ca. 1 EL mehr verwendet)
1/2 geriebene Karotte
1 Eigelb (hab das ganze Ei verwendet)

habe zusätzlich auch noch ca. 2 EL Dinkelmehl dazugetan.

Das Ganze wieder auf ca. 150 Grad etwa 45 Minuten gebacken - in Würfel geschnitten und die Würfel nochmal
für ca. 10 Minuten im Ofen gelassen.

Bitte beachtet, dass das mein erster Versuch war und ich wie gesagt nicht ganz genau die Mengen mitgeschrieben habe.
